At Diecast Happy, we want you to be thrilled with your scale models. If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the model back in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our centralized processing warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item for original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
